Failure to attend or cancellation giving less than 48hrs notice for a hygiene appointment will result in automatic loss of the deposit.

Failure to attend or cancellation giving less than 48hrs notice for a dental appointment may result in a payable fee before another appointment is made or deregistration from the clinic.
